1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Sparks, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Sparks. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 18.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You may not create more than one account or create an account on behalf of someone else.
You may not transfer your account to another person.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use Sparks for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
Harass, abuse, harm, or threaten other users.
Post fake, misleading, or impersonating profile information or photos.
Solicit money from other users or engage in any commercial activity.
Share explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the app or its servers.
Use bots or automated tools to interact with the app.

5. In-App Purchases

Sparks offers optional paid features including Sparks packs, Sparkle Boosts, and Premium subscriptions. All purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's refund policy. We do not offer refunds outside of what Google Play provides.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, messages, bio). By posting content, you grant Sparks a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the app. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.

8. Disclaimers

Sparks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that other users are who they claim to be. Always exercise caution when meeting someone in person.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sparks and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to interactions with other users.

10. Safety

Your safety matters. Never share financial information with matches. If you feel unsafe, use the in-app Report feature or contact local authorities. Sparks is not responsible for the offline conduct of users.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where the developer is based.
