Sparks is a dating application exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users and have a zero-tolerance policy for any content or behaviour that exploits, harms, or endangers minors.
Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited on Sparks and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the appropriate authorities:
Any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors (CSAM).
Any grooming behaviour or attempts to solicit minors.
Any imagery, language, or material that depicts or promotes the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
Any attempt by a user to misrepresent their age to gain access to the platform.
Age Verification & Enforcement
Users must confirm they are 18 or older during registration. Date of birth is required and accounts with ages below 18 cannot be created.
If we receive a report or have reason to believe a user is under 18, the account is immediately suspended pending investigation and permanently removed if confirmed.
Profile photos are reviewed for compliance with our content policies.
Reporting
Any user can report another user directly from within the app. Reports are reviewed promptly. If we identify any content that constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), we will:
Immediately remove the content and suspend the account.
Report the incident to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline, as required by US law.
Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
