Profile content: bio, job title, school, height, interests, and any other information you add.
Messages: the content of conversations you have with other users.
Support requests: messages you send to us via the in-app support feature.

Usage data: features you interact with, swipes, matches, and session activity.
Device information: device model, operating system version, and app version.
3. How We Use Your Information
To create and manage your account.
To show you potential matches and enable conversations.
To process in-app purchases (Sparks, Sparkle Boosts, Premium).
To respond to support requests.
To improve the app and prevent abuse.
To send push notifications about new matches and messages (only if you grant permission).
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
Service providers — cloud hosting (Railway), image storage (Cloudinary), and analytics tools that operate under strict confidentiality.
Other users — your profile photos and public profile information are visible to other Sparks users.
Legal requirements — if required by law or to protect the safety of users.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen, which permanently removes your profile, photos, and message history within 30 days.
6. Your Rights
Access, correct, or delete your personal data by contacting us.
Withdraw consent for push notifications via your device settings.
Request a copy of your data.
7. Children's Privacy
Sparks is strictly for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it immediately.
8. Security
We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit and store passwords using secure hashing. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Third-Party Services
Sparks may integrate with Spotify to display your music taste on your profile. Spotify's own privacy policy governs data shared through that integration.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
